Warsha is a Windows 11 app that gives a developer a complete local PHP environment: every project with its own PHP version and database, a trusted https domain, and Laravel, WordPress or Symfony ready in minutes, with no manual setup.

Warsha is built by Mirqaa in Zagazig, Egypt. Our aim is a tool designed in Arabic from day one, priced in Egyptian pounds with local support, for developers, freelancers and students in Egypt and the Arab region.

How it works: the app is a free download with a 14-day trial of every feature, no card needed. After that it stays free with most features, and a subscription (EGP 150 per month or EGP 1,200 per year) unlocks the paid features such as sharing a site online and more database snapshots.
