1. جرّب قبل ما تدفع: البرنامج بيشتغل 14 يوم مجانًا بكل المزايا من غير بطاقة، فتقدر تتأكد إنه مناسب لجهازك وشغلك قبل أي دفع.

2. ضمان استرداد 14 يوم: لو اشتركت (شهري 150 جنيه مصري أو سنوي 1200 جنيه مصري) ومش عاجبك، تقدر تطلب استرداد المبلغ كامل خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الدفع، من غير ما تقول السبب.

3. إزاي تطلب: ابعت لـ support@warsha.site من نفس الإيميل اللي دفعت بيه، ومعاه رقم العملية لو موجود. بنرد ونأكد الطلب خلال يوم عمل.

4. الفلوس بترجع إزاي ومتى: الاسترداد بيتعمل من خلال Paymob بس، على نفس عملية الدفع الأصلية ونفس الكارت اللي دفعت بيه، خلال 3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب. مش بنرجّع فلوس كاش ولا بتحويل لحساب تاني. وصول المبلغ لحسابك بعد كده بيعتمد على البنك، وعادةً بياخد من 7 لـ 14 يوم عمل.

5. بعد الاسترداد: مفتاح الترخيص بيتلغي، والبرنامج بيرجع للنسخة المجانية. مشاريعك وبياناتك على جهازك ما بتتلمسش.

6. الإلغاء: مفيش تجديد أو خصم تلقائي. الاشتراك بينتهي لوحده في آخر مدته لو ما جددتهوش، فمش محتاج تعمل حاجة عشان تلغي. بعد الـ 14 يوم الأولانيين مفيش استرداد للمدة الباقية، والمزايا المدفوعة بتفضل شغالة لحد آخر الاشتراك.

7. حالات تانية: لو اتخصم منك مرتين أو اتخصم ومفتاحك ما وصلش، بنرجّعلك المبلغ الزيادة على نفس الكارت أو نبعت المفتاح فورًا بعد ما نتأكد من العملية.

1. Try before you pay: the app runs free for 14 days with every feature and no card, so you can make sure it suits your PC and your work first.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee: if you subscribe (monthly EGP 150 or yearly EGP 1,200) and are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, no reason needed.

3. How to ask: email support@warsha.site from the address you paid with, including the transaction number if you have it. We confirm within one business day.

4. How and when the money comes back: refunds are made only through Paymob, on the original transaction and to the same card you paid with, within 3 business days of confirming the request. We never refund in cash or to another account. Arrival then depends on your bank, usually 7 to 14 business days.

5. After a refund: the license key is cancelled and the app returns to the free version. Your projects and data on your PC are not touched.

6. Cancellation: there is no automatic renewal or charge. A subscription simply ends at the end of its term unless you renew, so there is nothing to cancel. After the first 14 days there is no refund for the remaining period, and paid features keep working until the term ends.

7. Other cases: if you were charged twice, or charged and never received a key, we refund the extra amount to the same card or send the key as soon as we verify the transaction.
