1. البرنامج على جهازك: مشاريعك وأكوادك وقواعد بياناتك بتفضل على جهازك جوه WSL، ومش بتتبعت لينا أبدًا.

2. لما تشتري: صفحة الدفع بتطلب الإيميل والموبايل. الإيميل بنحفظه مع الطلب عشان نبعتلك مفتاح الترخيص ونتواصل معاك بخصوصه. الموبايل بيتبعت لـ Paymob لأنه مطلوب لإتمام الدفع، واحنا مش بنحفظه عندنا. بيانات الكارت أو المحفظة بتدخلها في صفحة Paymob مباشرةً، ومش بتوصلنا خالص.

3. تفعيل المفتاح: لما تفعّل مفتاح، البرنامج بيبعت المفتاح ومعرّف الجهاز (MachineGuid بتاع ويندوز) عشان نطبّق حد الجهازين لكل مفتاح، وبنسجّل أول وآخر مرة الجهاز اتأكد فيها. عنوان الـ IP بيتسجل مؤقتًا لحماية السيرفر من المحاولات المتكررة وبيتمسح خلال ساعة.

4. إحصائيات الاستخدام: اختيارية ومقفولة من الأول. لو شغّلتها من الإعدادات، البرنامج بيبعت مرة في اليوم أعداد بس (عدد المشاريع وأنواعها ونسخ PHP) مع رقم عشوائي للتثبيت. من غير أسماء مشاريع ولا دومينات ولا مسارات ولا IP. وتقدر تشوف بالظبط اللي بيتبعت قبل ما تشغّلها.

5. روابط المشاركة الثابتة (للمشتركين): بنحفظ اسم الدومين المحلي والاسم الفرعي اللي اخترته عشان نوجّه الرابط لجهازك. المشاركة نفسها بتعدّي على Cloudflare.

6. الموقع: مفيش كوكيز تتبع ولا إعلانات. الموقع بيحفظ في متصفحك اللغة والمظهر بس، وبيحمّل الخطوط من Google Fonts.

7. مع مين بنشارك البيانات: Paymob (الدفع)، ومزوّد الاستضافة والبريد Hostinger (السيرفر وإرسال الإيميلات)، وCloudflare (روابط المشاركة). مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنستخدمها في إعلانات.

8. مدة الحفظ: بيانات الطلبات والتراخيص بنحتفظ بيها طول ما الترخيص موجود وللمدة اللي يطلبها القانون للسجلات المالية. تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو مسحها بإيميل، وبننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوم في حدود اللي القانون يسمح بيه.

1. The app on your PC: your projects, code and databases stay on your PC inside WSL and are never sent to us.

2. When you buy: the payment page asks for your email and mobile number. We store the email with the order to send your license key and to contact you about it. The mobile number is passed to Paymob because the payment requires it; we do not store it. Card or wallet details are entered on Paymob's page and never reach us.

3. Activating a key: the app sends the key and a device identifier (the Windows MachineGuid) so we can enforce the two-device limit, and we record when the device was first and last checked. IP addresses are logged temporarily to protect the server from repeated attempts and are deleted within an hour.

4. Usage statistics: optional and off by default. If you turn them on in Settings, the app sends counts once a day (number and types of projects, PHP versions) with a random install number: no project names, domains, paths or IP address. You can preview exactly what is sent first.

5. Stable share links (subscribers): we store the local domain and the subdomain you chose so the link can reach your PC. The shared traffic passes through Cloudflare.

6. This website: no tracking cookies and no ads. It stores only your language and theme in your browser and loads fonts from Google Fonts.

7. Who we share data with: Paymob (payments), Hostinger (server and email delivery) and Cloudflare (share links). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

8. Retention: order and license records are kept while the license exists and as long as the law requires for financial records. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by email; we act on it within 30 days, as far as the law allows.
