1. منتج رقمي، مفيش شحن: ورشة برنامج بيتحمّل من الإنترنت. مفيش أي منتج مادي ولا شحن ولا مصاريف توصيل.

2. البرنامج: بتحمّله ببلاش في أي وقت من زرار التحميل في الصفحة الرئيسية، وبيشتغل 14 يوم تجربة كاملة.

3. مفتاح الترخيص: بعد ما الدفع يتم بنجاح، المفتاح بيتبعت أوتوماتيك على الإيميل اللي كتبته في صفحة الدفع، عادةً خلال دقايق. بتفعّله من البرنامج: صفحة «التطبيق» ← الترخيص ← لصق المفتاح.

4. لو المفتاح ما وصلش: بص في Spam أو Promotions الأول. لو ما وصلش خلال ساعة، ابعت لـ support@warsha.site أو كلّمنا على +20 102 549 5205 بالإيميل اللي دفعت بيه ورقم العملية، وبنبعتلك المفتاح خلال يوم عمل بحد أقصى.

5. التحديثات: بتوصلك من جوه البرنامج نفسه طول مدة اشتراكك، من غير تحميل جديد.

6. التغطية: البرنامج والمفتاح متاحين لأي مكان فيه إنترنت. الأسعار والدفع بالجنيه المصري (EGP).

1. Digital product, no shipping: Warsha is downloadable software. There is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery fee.

2. The app: download it free at any time from the download button on the home page; it runs a full 14-day trial.

3. License key: once the payment succeeds, the key is emailed automatically to the address you entered on the payment page, usually within minutes. Activate it in the app: App page → License → paste the key.

4. If the key does not arrive: check Spam or Promotions first. If it has not arrived within an hour, email support@warsha.site or call +20 102 549 5205 with the email you paid with and the transaction number, and we send the key within one business day at most.

5. Updates: delivered inside the app for as long as your subscription is active, with no new download.

6. Coverage: the app and the key are available anywhere with internet access. Prices and payments are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
